Po zakázce společnosti Veolia Transport na 185 autobusů Ambassador v Limbursku následuje druhá velká zakázka pro severní Brabantsko, zahrnující 100 autobusů Ambassador ALE 120, a to 80 ve standardní a 20 v luxusní verzi. Autobusy na regionálních linkách budou vybaveny motory splňujícími EURO 5 v kombinaci s EEV filtrem, který dociluje velký pokles hodnot CO2, NOx, NHMC a částic. Autobusy budou dodány v červenci 2007.

Ambassador ALE 120 je lehký autobus s nízkou spotřebou je určen pro pohodlnou veřejnou dopravu. Nabízí prostor pro celkem 80 sedících i stojících cestujících, je přístupný pro vozíčkáře a kočárky (LE + rampa). Ve standardní výbavě je klimatizace pro řidiče. Luxusní verze má komfortnější sedadla s pohledem dopředu a vysokokapacitní klimatizaci.

Another order from Veolia Transport Nederland

Following the announcement in January that Veolia Transport would operate 185 Ambassadors from VDL Bus & Coach in the Limburg region, a second major order has been placed for North Brabant. This involves 100 Ambassadors of the type ALE 120 of which 80 will be the standard version and 20 will be the luxury version. These regional buses will be fitted with a Euro 5 engine in combination with an EEV exhaust filter with which a large decrease in CO2, NOx, NHMC and fine particles emissions will be achieved. The buses will be delivered in July 2007.

The Ambassador ALE 120 is a lightweight bus, with a relatively low fuel consumption and is designed to transport in passengers in comfort. The bus offers space for 80 seated and standing passengers. The Ambassador ALE 120 is ideally accessible for wheelchair users and passengers with buggies due to the low-floor design at the entrance and exit doors and the manually-operated wheelchair ramp. The standard version is also equipped with air-conditioning for the driver.

The more luxurious version of the Ambassador ALE 120 has, in addition to the above features, more comfortable seats, which are positioned facing forwards and highercapacity air-conditioning.
