20.10.2008 dodala společnost VDL Bus & Coach 3 autokary VDL Bova Futura dopravci Rojen Express, který působí ve městě Smolian v Rodopech a okolí. Vozy budou požity na linkách do velkých měst - Sofie, Plovdivu a na Slunečné pobřeží. Novými autokary by mělo být přepraveno 80000 cestujících ročně.

12 m Futury FHD 120-365 mají 49+1 sedadel a motor DAF PR 265 S Euro 5.

Rojen Express byl vlastněn městem Smolian, 1.1.2008 byl prodán do soukromých rukou. Dopravce má 46 autobusů a asi 100 zaměstnanců.

3 Futuras for Rojen Express in Bulgaria

On 20 Оctober 2008, VDL Bus & Coach delivered 3 Futuras to Rojen Express, a transport company that is active in Smolian and the surrounding region. The town of Smolian is situated at Rhodope Mountain in Bulgaria. The Futuras will be used as intercity lines between Smolian and other big cities in Bulgaria such as Sofia, Plovdiv and Sunny Beach. Rojen Express expects to transport 80,000 people a year with the new coaches.

The Futuras are of the FHD 120-365 type with a length of 12 metres and are manufactured with 49+1 seats. The DAF PR 265 S engine complies with the Euro 5 emission standard. The coaches have been fitted with every facility for optimum travel comfort. The Futuras are excellent for travelling through the area, which is a scenic valley about 1050 metres above sea level.

Rojen Express was owned by the Smolian Major Department but, on 1 January 2008, the transport company was sold to private owners who now manage the company. Rojen Express transports people between the major cities in Bulgaria such as Sofia, Smolian, Plovdiv and other villages in the Rhodope area. They operate 46 vehicles and employ around 100 people.
