Eindhoven, 17.11.2006 - Kontrakt, který byl podepsán v červenci 2006 mezi VDL Bus & Coach a ruským nástavbářem NEFAZ (Нефтекамский автозавод) již vyústil ve velkou zakázku. NEFAZ prodal 160 autobusů: 150 městských autobusů VDL NEFAZ Transit a 10 autokarů VDL NEFAZ Mistral. VDL NEFAZ Mistral byl nedávno vybrán jako nejlepší ruský autokar.

450. výročí Bashkortostanu

160 vozidel si objednala ruská republika Bashkortostan (Башкортостан). Její prezident Murtaza Rakhimov se přeje vybavit republiku moderními autokary i veřejnou dopravou i v souvislosti s oslavami 450 let příslušnosti republiky k Rusku.

Spolupráce mezi VDL Bus & Coach a NEFAZ

Tato velká zakázka byla prvním impulsem pro specifickou kooperaci mezi VDL Bus & Coach a NEFAZ. Všechny vozidla budou dodána do července 2007. Obě strany očekávají v nejbližší době další zakázky jak od veřejných dopravců, tak od turistických společností.

1st NEFAZ order for VDL Bus & Coach

Eindhoven, 17 November 2006 - The contract which was signed in July 2006 by VDL Bus & Coach and the Russian bus manufacturer NEFAZ has already resulted in a major initial order. NEFAZ has sold a total of 160 buses: 150 VDL NEFAZ Transit city buses and 10 VDL NEFAZ Mistral coaches. The VDL NEFAZ Mistral was recently chosen as the best coach in Russia.

450th anniversary of Bashkortostan

The 160 vehicles were ordered by the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan. The President of Bashkortostan, Murtaza Rakhimov, wishes to equip his republic with modern coaches and public transport. This will be within the framework of the festivities which will take place next year in connection with the celebration of the 450 years during which Bashkortostan has been a member of the Russian Federation.

Cooperation between VDL Bus & Coach and NEFAZ

This major order was the initial impetus for the specific cooperation between VDL Bus & Coach and NEFAZ. All the buses are to be delivered by July 2007. Both the parties expect that more orders will be placed in the short term by various local public transport companies and coach operators.
