Z Kleyn-BOVA se stává VDL CBC

Stoprocentní dceřinou společností VDL Bus & Coach se stala společnost Kleyn-BOVA v srpnu 2006. Po přesunu vedení z Vurenu do Veldhovenu blíže k vedení VDL v Eindhovenu v červenci 2006 se naskytla vhodná příležitost pro přejmenování firmy. Od nynějška se jmenuje Kleyn-BOVA VDL Coach & Bus Center, resp. VDL Centre Bus & Car (VDL CBC) pro frankofonní regiony.

Joint venture Kleyn Trucks

Kleyn-BOVA byla založena v roce 1998 jako joint venture Autobusfabriek BOVA a Kleyn Trucks. Kleyn Truck se specializuje na obchod použitými vozidly. Klíčové aktivity Kleyn-BOVA sestávají z nákupu a prodeje použitých autobusů všech značek a typů. Joint venture umožňuje joint Kleyn-BOVA využívat výhody mezinárodního záběru Kleyn Trucks a nabízet dopravcům stále širší spektrum ojetých autobusů a autokarů. Současně s Nizozemím se ustavují společnosti v Německu a Francii.

Kleyn-BOVA becomes VDL CBC

In August 2005, Kleyn-BOVA became a 100% subsidiary company of VDL Bus & Coach. When the headquarters in Vuren (NL) moved to Veldhoven (near the headquarters of VDL in Eindhoven) on 1 July 2006, the opportunity was taken to change the name as well. From now on Kleyn-BOVA will be known as VDL Coach & Bus Center and for the French-speaking regions VDL Centre Bus & Car, abbreviated VDL CBC.

Joint venture Kleyn Trucks

Kleyn-BOVA was established in 1998 as a joint venture between Autobusfabriek BOVA and Kleyn Trucks. Kleyn Trucks is specialised in the national and international trade of used vehicles. The core activities of Kleyn-BOVA consist of the purchase and sale of used coaches of all brands and types. The joint venture not only allowed Kleyn-BOVA to take advantage of the international knowledge of Kleyn Trucks but also to offer the operators a considerably larger selection of used coaches and buses. Since then, in addition to its headquarters in the Netherlands, Kleyn-BOVA has established locations in Germany and France.

VDL CBC

As VDL Coach & Bus Center, the activities are now being expanded further. The motto remains 'all makes, all types - 1 partner'. Silke Tödter, director of VDL CBC, has confidence in the future: "As a division of VDL Bus & Coach we can provide optimal coordination of the used coach offerings of all the VDL bus companies. The location and layout of our brand new facility allow us to serve our clients better and more quickly. In addition, by appointing reputable agents in various European countries we not only expand our sales network but also strengthen our name as an honest and reliable supplier of used coaches of all makes and types".
