1. dubna 2008 byla realizována specielní dodávka do Birminghamu. Do rukou britského partnera byla předán 1500. autobus VDL BOVA. Následující oslava 25 let partnerství byla dalším zlatým hřebem společné historie VDL BOVA a Moseley (PCV).
Spolupráce mezi VDL BOVA a Moseley (PCV) se datuje rokem 1981. Prvními autokary dodanými do Británie byly modely Europa a Calypso. Stabilní pozici značky si vydobylo uvedení modelů Futura, Magiq a Synergy.
Birmingham International Coaches Ltd je rodinný podnik s 31 vozidly. 1500. VDL BOVA je Magiq MHD 122-410, 2 nápravový model 12.2 m, 49+1+1 a motorem DAF MX 300 S Euro 5, ZF AS Tronic a luxusními koženými sedačkami.
The co-operation between VDL BOVA and Moseley (PCV) dates back to 1981. The first coaches that found their way to Great Britain were the Europa and Calypso models. The introduction of the Futura laid the foundation for a strong and stable position on the UK market with the Magiq and Synergy being added to Moseley’s product range a few years ago. The delivery of the 1500th VDL BOVA is the physical proof of this strong and highly successful co-operation between VDL BOVA and Moseley.
Birmingham International Coaches Ltd is a family business run by brothers Nigel, Mathew and Andy Watkiss. Their fleet comprises some 31 vehicles, 25 of them entirely or partly (chassis module) made by VDL Bus & Coach. Birmingham International Coaches provides both coach trips and public transport services. A total of 55 people are employed there. The 1500th British VDL BOVA is a Magiq MHD 122-410, a 2-axle model with a length of 12.2 metres, 49+1+1 seats, with a DAF MX 300 S engine in the Euro 5 version, ZF AS Tronic and extremely luxurious, entirely leather seats.

On Tuesday, 1 April 2008 a very special delivery was made in the English city of Birmingham. The 1500th VDL BOVA was handed over by Maurits van Thiel, Sales Manager UK, and Wim Chatrou, Marketing Manager of VDL Bus & Coach, to Karl Moseley and Tim Fairless of Moseley (PCV) Ltd. They in turn handed over this 1500th coach to Birmingham International Coaches Ltd. Following the celebration of 25 years of partnership, this is another highlight in the joint history of VDL BOVA and Moseley (PCV).The co-operation between VDL BOVA and Moseley (PCV) dates back to 1981.
